
In order to reserve a moonwalk, you must provide a $35 non-refundable deposit. Your
deposit is not refundable if you choose to cancel or move your rental date. If you choose
to cancel your rental because you think the weather may not be favorable, you forfeit your
deposit.
No inflatable jumper or slide or any of our concession equipment or tables, chairs are
considered reserved by a customer until we get a deposit ($35 cash or credit card) for the
rental date. Emailing us or calling and requesting dates does not constitute a rental or
reservation, make sure you get us a deposit for the bouncer or get us a valid credit card to
hold the inflatable jumper in reservation for your event.
Once the inflatable unit is delivered to and set up, or once the customer has come and
picked up, there is no discount or refund available due to weather. If you pick up a jumpy
castle or any inflatable bouncer, slide or obstacle and leave our warehouse, it is considered
a rental. If the weather turns bad or it rains on your party, you still have rented our
equipment and the rental fee is due. We do not discount or refund any portion of the
rental if your inflatable gets rained on. We ask that you are sure of your decision of renting
the bouncehouse before you leave our building or before our delivery person has set up
the jumpy castle and left your party.
If you choose to cancel your reservation made with a credit card you will be charged the
$35 fee. We often turn away customers when a unit is reserved in advance and it is
therefore important that you are sure of your intentions when you decide to reserve a unit
on a specific date.
We deliver our spacewalk jumpers to the following counties: Newton County (Covington,
Porterdale, Oxford), Rockdale County (Conyers), Henry County (McDonough, Stockbridge,
Jackson), DeKalb County (Lithonia and some Stone Mountain), Walton County (Loganville,
Monroe), also Monticello, Madison, and Rutledge.
