| Cancellation Policy |
You may cancel your rental the day of the party without any penalty if your party gets rained out .
You may also cancel without penalty if you do so more than 14 days from your rental date.
Cancellations other than those mentioned will be charged a $35 cancellation fee per unit.
Once the inflatable unit is delivered to and set up, or once the customer has come and picked up,
there is no cancellation or refund available.
If you choose to cancel your reservation made with a credit card (within 7 days of your date), your
credit card will be charged the $35 fee. We often turn away customers when a unit is reserved in
advance and it is therefore important that you are sure of your intentions when you decide to
reserve a unit on a specific date.
